Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000, DOE. The Assistant Director of Revenue Management is responsible for identifying and maximizing potential revenue opportunities for the resort. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. The role also oversees a property reservations team of 4 agents.
Essential Functions

• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
• Establish and communicate sales strategy for day, week, month and rolling 12 months.
• Communicate any strategy changes or update any calendars for the sales team to use.
• Run daily pickup reports and analyze trends to determine strategy and pricing changes.
• Review and approve reservations team schedule.
• Review guest service scores and work with front office team on improved guest experience.
• Build and map rate plans, create reservation links, and test reservations on booking engine.
• Manage and communicate group cut off dates. Run GRC reports and work with sales team to effectively manage group blocks, reservations changes, pricing updates, and billing.
• Monitor resort inventory and pricing and adjust accordingly, working with the front office team to balance room types and effectively oversell the property.
• Review and communicate market trends, booking windows, and competitive rate positioning.
• Work with the strategy team to forecast accurately as well as projecting future transient demand.
• Work with the Management team regarding strategy and analyze actual performance vs. potential to identify future revenue opportunities.
• Work with finance and accounting to ensure all invoices are paid and reconciled each month.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure booking engine and search terms are optimized.
• Facilitate weekly sales strategy meeting following the established agenda.
• Assist with annual budget, strategic pricing and marketing plan process.
• Maintain compliance with Silverado Resort policies, standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operation of the resort.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a role in Revenue Management.
• Previous experience in a leadership role managing reservations/revenue team.
• Knowledge of following systems preferred: Ideas G3 RMS, SynXis CRS, Infor HMS, TravelClick (D360/A360), Delphi, Passkey, STR, and OTA Extranets
